Michelle teaches English and Social Studies at OMS. She previously was a Program Director at RAMP, a partnership program of the Institute for Educational Leadership (Washington, DC) and Youth Services Inc, Brattleboro. Michelle planned and led mentoring/career development programs at three Windham County High Schools. Michelle was also a faculty member at The Meeting School in Rindge, NH. She taught Social Studies, coordinated study abroad/internship programs, planned and led four month long cultural immersion/service-learning based programs to Asia for TMS students.

Michelle has been teaching and running travel programs for youth and adults for many years. She was a Program Director at Global Learning Across Borders, where she planned and led programs to China, Tibet, India, Morocco and Mexico. She was the founder of Global Connections youth travel program at the Compass School and planned and led 1 month programs to India and taught Global Studies. Michelle was also a volunteer Teacher/Teacher Trainer during 2014 at Prema Metta Orphanage School, Bodh Gaya, India. Michelle has been program director for Metta Connections programs to India through the Thosum Gephelling Institute since 2014. She designs and leads cultural immersion programs with a service component in India and Nepal.

Michelle’s interests include gardening, vegetarian cooking, hiking, and leading programs to Asia. She is married to Ron Bos-Lun (also a teacher), is mother to three adult children and has one granddaughter.  She lives in Westminster, Vermont.
