Camp Info:

Three Maples Day Camp at Okemo Mountain School will run for seven weeks, Monday - Friday, starting July 8, 2024. Each day will run 9 am - 4 pm and incorporate outdoor experiential learning programming for campers ages 6 - 9. We will offer a specialized program block each day, including wilderness skills, gardening, art, physical movement in our fitness facility, and team building. Each day will also include camper-led choice blocks where students can choose from multiple interest-based activities. Three Maples Day campers will be outside, active, and will return home with new skills and friendships.

Why a Sliding Scale?

OMS is committed to keeping Three Maples Camp accessible to all families, regardless of income. We use an honor system, income-based sliding scale for our camp tuition. Families who pay more offset those families who pay less, so everyone can get to camp. Contributions above the true cost of camp are tax deductible donations.

We believe that families will use the OMS values of Community and Respect that we teach at camp as they choose how much to pay.

OMS Camp Refund Policy:

In the event that a camper is unable to attend a session for which they have registered, their parent/guardian must notify Claire Isherwood, Director, by email (cisherwood@okemomountainschool.org) 30+ days prior to the associated camp start date to receive a refund for paid registration less 10% for processing and administration fees, or to receive the full amount as credit for a future summer camp.

Campers who cancel by email notice less than 30 days prior to camp start date are eligible to receive full credit for a future OMS summer camp. Refunds are not available less than 30 days prior to the respective camp start date unless the spot can be filled by a waitlisted camper.  In this case, a refund of the camp fee less 10% will be issued.
